Lobster salad

Salad for 6 persons

1,6 kg. lobster

Garlic

Parsley

Salt, pepper,

1 tea spoon mustard

1 lemon

100 ml. olive oil

 

Preparation:

Boil the lobster and cut its meat on cubes

Mix chopped garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice and oil to make sauce

Cover the lobster with sauce, mix all, and leave it to chill

Serve into serving dish decorated with lemon and olives

This recipe goes well with white wine.
