Pork Knuckle

Main dish for 2 persons

1 fresh pork knuckle

Salt, vegetable spice

 

Preparation:

Salt pork knuckle and leave it in the fridge at least 1 day

Boil knuckle in salted water 1 hour

Remove knuckle, cool it a little and make circle deep cuts. Rub the cuts with vegetable spice and put on the grill.

Grill it or roast it for 30 minutes until it gets golden crust color.

Serve it with potatoes or other vegetable on serving dish

This recipe goes well with red wine.
