- ¼ cup pepperoni slices (or turkey pepperoni, diced small)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Create small heaps of shredded mozzarella on the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each pile.
- Top each mound of cheese with pepperoni slices or diced pieces.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and beautifully golden brown around the edges.
- Once baked, let the chips cool on the pan for about 5 minutes. They will crisp up as they cool.
