Delicious and easy pizza-inspired snack made with just mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup pepperoni slices (or turkey pepperoni, diced small)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Place small heaps of shredded mozzarella on the baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Top each pile with either a slice or a few pieces of diced pepperoni.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the pan for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a plate and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 days. Reheat in the oven for optimal crispness.
