Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Combine crushed crackers with melted butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over the casserole.

Notes
