Description

Quick and easy air fryer bagels made with just three ingredients, perfect for busy mornings or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free all-purpose flour)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional toppings: Everything Bagel Seasoning, Sesame Seeds, or Poppy Seeds

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the yogurt and mix until the dough is wet but crumbly.
  3. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape into logs, then form circles by pinching ends together.
  5. Whisk the egg yolk with a splash of water for egg wash and brush over bagels.
  6. Sprinkle any desired toppings over each bagel.
  7. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and spray the basket with olive oil.
  8. Place bagels in the air fryer, cooking for 10 minutes (check at 8-9 minutes).
  9. Remove when golden and puffed, and let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for up to a month.
