Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the prepared orange sauce over the chicken. Simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken nicely.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking for extra flavor. Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
