- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the chicken breasts in a suitable baking dish, ensuring they’re arranged in a single layer.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix with the sour cream until smooth.
- Spread the ranch mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously on top.
- Bake for around 25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For healthier options, substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt. You can also add vegetables before baking to enhance nutrition.
