Description

Delightful no-bake truffles with a festive Grinch theme, perfect for holiday gatherings and gifting.


Ingredients

  • 1 (14.3 oz) package Golden Oreos (about 36 cookies)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Green gel food coloring (to desired brightness)
  • 12 oz white chocolate melting wafers or almond bark
  • Red heart sprinkles or mini red M&Ms
  • Optional: holiday sprinkles, crushed pretzels, or sanding sugar

Instructions

  1. Pulse Oreos in a food processor into fine crumbs, or crush in a bag with a rolling pin.
  2. Combine crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add green gel coloring until bright Grinch green.
  4. Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes.
  5. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Microwave white chocolate in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  7. Coat truffles in melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off before placing back on the parchment.
  8. Quickly top each truffle with a red heart or M&M.
  9. Allow truffles to set at room temperature or refrigerate until hardened.
