			- 1 French baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds (about 18–20 slices)
 - 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
 - 3 large fresh mozzarella slices
 - 1–2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
 - Fresh basil leaves (1 per bite)
 - ¼ cup balsamic glaze
 - 4–5 black olives, finely chopped for ghost faces
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush them with olive oil.
 - Toast the bread for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
 - Use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter (or a knife if you don’t have one) to cut the mozzarella into fun ghost shapes.
 - Make eyes using a straw or a small knife.
 - Place a basil leaf and a slice of tomato on each crostini.
 - Top each crostini with a mozzarella ghost. Let the edges drape slightly for an adorable look.
 - Add tiny pieces of olive for the eyes and mouths of the ghosts.
 - Drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze.
 - Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Serve immediately and enjoy!
