  • ½ cup warm water (about 110°F)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar, stirring them together until well mixed.
  2. Slowly add the warm water and olive oil into the dry mixture. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead it for about 5 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough with a clean towel and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes to allow it to rise a little.
  5. Shape the dough into a round loaf or oval, depending on the size of your air fryer basket.
  6. Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper or grease it lightly to prevent sticking. Place the dough inside.
  7. Preheat your air fryer to 330°F. Bake the bread for 15 to 18 minutes or until the top turns golden and it sounds hollow when tapped.
  8. Carefully remove the bread from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into it.

Notes

For best results, ensure warm water is around 110°F to activate yeast. Kneading is crucial for gluten development.
