Description

Deliciously crispy air fryer calzones filled with melty cheese and pepperoni, perfect for a quick dinner or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into rounds.
  3. In the center of each round, place a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few pepperoni slices.
  4. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges together, sealing with a fork.
  5. Brush the tops with a beaten egg.
  6. Place the calzones in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melty.
  8. Serve with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
