- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into rounds.
- In the center of each round, place a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few pepperoni slices.
- Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges together, sealing with a fork.
- Brush the tops with a beaten egg.
- Place the calzones in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melty.
- Serve with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
