- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine your mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, and the egg. Season with salt and pepper.
- Gently mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Roll each potato ball in breadcrumbs until thoroughly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the potato balls in the basket, spaced apart for even cooking.
- Air fry for approximately 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
