  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer: Set it to 375°F for optimal cooking.
  2. Prepare the chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. For even cooking, slice thick breasts in half horizontally.
  3. Air fry the chicken: Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature hits 165°F.
  4. Slice the chicken: After cooking, let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
  5. Assemble the wraps: On each tortilla, add a portion of sliced chicken, followed by 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella and a handful of spinach leaves.
  6. Wrap it up: Fold the bottom of each tortilla up, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly to secure the filling.
  7. Crisp in the air fryer: Place the wraps seam-side down in the basket and air fry at 350°F for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
