Description

Juicy chicken breast, gooey mozzarella cheese, and fresh veggies wrapped in a warm tortilla, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked and crispy outside.
  4. Prepare the wraps by laying out the tortillas and topping them with mozzarella and vegetables.
  5. Once cooked, slice the chicken into strips and place on the wraps.
  6. Roll the wraps tightly and enjoy your meal!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
