A quick meal of garlic Parmesan shrimp that’s gourmet enough for entertaining, ready in under 15 minutes.

- 1 pound Large Shrimp (raw, peeled, and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (high-quality)
- 3 cloves Garlic (fresh minced)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
- Lemon Wedges (for squeezing over shrimp)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Toss until well-coated.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and give it another gentle toss.
- Arrange the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for about 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and the cheese is golden brown.
- Remove the shrimp and garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with garlic butter linguine or a fresh salad. Pair with crisp white wine.
