Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Large Shrimp (raw, peeled, and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (high-quality)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (fresh minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon Wedges (for squeezing over shrimp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Toss until well-coated.
  3. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and give it another gentle toss.
  4. Arrange the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for about 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and the cheese is golden brown.
  6. Remove the shrimp and garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with garlic butter linguine or a fresh salad. Pair with crisp white wine.
