Description
Quick and delicious honey garlic salmon bites made in an air fryer, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the salmon pieces to the bowl and toss to coat them well in the marinade. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- While the salmon marinates, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Once preheated, place the marinated salmon pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Serve immediately, garnished with green onions if desired.
Notes
Don’t skip the marinating step! It enhances flavor. Experiment with marinades by adding red pepper flakes for heat or lemon for brightness.
