Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional for extra sweetness)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, orange zest, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and honey or sugar if desired.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, tossing to coat. Allow them to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly crispy.
- Serve the chicken over cooked rice and enjoy!
Notes
