Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, orange zest, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and honey or sugar if desired.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, tossing to coat. Allow them to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
