Description

Ingredients

  • 1 egg (for egg wash; can be replaced with milk for a vegan option)
  • Olive oil spray
  • Seasoning (optional, like Italian herbs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into small squares.
  3. Fill the squares with pizza sauce, pepperoni (or other toppings), and cheese.
  4. Fold over the dough and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg and spray with olive oil.
  6. Arrange the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
