Ingredients

- 1 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of pepperoni slices (or substitute with veggies)
- 1 egg (for egg wash; can be replaced with milk for a vegan option)
- Olive oil spray
- Seasoning (optional, like Italian herbs)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into small squares.
- Fill the squares with pizza sauce, pepperoni (or other toppings), and cheese.
- Fold over the dough and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and spray with olive oil.
- Arrange the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Store leftover pizza rolls in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. For longer storage, freeze unbaked rolls and cook directly from frozen.
