Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients; stir until a dough forms.
  5. Using a tablespoon, scoop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
