Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. Add in melted butter, honey, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients; stir until a dough forms.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
