- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes, cutting them into bite-sized cubes.
- Toss the cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned potato cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the potatoes for approximately 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve them hot once they are golden brown and crispy!
Notes
Cut your potato cubes into uniform sizes for even cooking. Allow the potatoes to sit in the seasoning mixture for a few minutes to enhance flavor.
