Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour and baking powder until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, maple syrup, and melted butter or coconut oil until smooth.
  4. Gently pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula until just combined.
  5. If desired, fold in your chosen add-ins such as chocolate chips, fresh berries, or lemon zest.
  6. Use a spoon or small cookie scoop to portion the dough into rounded mounds on the prepared baking sheet.
