Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

- In another bowl, mix applesauce, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients; stir gently until just blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing; optionally dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
