- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Instructions

- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until it’s light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually stir in the buttermilk until fully combined.
- Whisk together the flour and baking soda in a separate bowl.
- Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet batter, mixing just until combined.
- Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
- Pour about 1/4 of the batter into each prepared pan and sprinkle with 1/4 of the cinnamon mixture.
- Add the remaining batter to the pans and top with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Swirl through the batter with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the loaves cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
