- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 1 Onion (finely diced)
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper

- 3 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Beef broth (low sodium preferred)
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 Onion (sliced)

Instructions
- Prepare the Patties: In a large bowl, gently mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, diced onion, salt, and black pepper until just combined. Form into 6–8 oval-shaped patties and set aside.

- Sauté the Onions: In the same skillet, add butter. Melt and sauté the sliced onions until soft.
- Create the Gravy: Sprinkle flour over the onions and stir for about 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in beef broth and heavy cream until thickened.

- Bake It: Cover the skillet tightly and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Rest and Serve: Let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
