- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and chopped onion, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess fat.
- Layer the beef and onion mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the corn on top of the beef layer.
- Pour the mushroom soup and beef broth over the layered mixture.
- Spread the mashed potatoes over the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until heated through and bubbling.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
