Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and chopped onion, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess fat.
  3. Layer the beef and onion mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the corn on top of the beef layer.
  5. Pour the mushroom soup and beef broth over the layered mixture.
  6. Spread the mashed potatoes over the top.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes until heated through and bubbling.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
