Instructions

  1. Warm the milk slightly and add the yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour in the melted butter, eggs, activated yeast mixture, and vanilla extract. Stir until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough into a greased bowl and cover it with a cloth. Allow it to rise in a warm place for around 60 minutes, or until it doubles in size.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  8. Let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until it’s a beautiful golden brown.
  10. Allow it to cool before slicing. Enjoy!
