Instructions
- Start by toasting your baguette or ciabatta slices until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
- Once the bread is toasted, heaping spoonfuls of the tomato mixture onto each slice.
- Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and sprinkle with grated Parmesan if desired.
