- 4 oz bacon, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels, keeping the drippings in the pan.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until fully browned, draining any excess fat.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheese until fully melted and well combined.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss in the cooked fettuccine and crispy bacon, mixing well to coat everything in the sauce.
- Serve hot with optional burger toppings.
Notes
Feel free to substitute with gluten-free pasta or turkey bacon for a lighter version. To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Reheat with a splash of cream.
