  • 4 oz bacon, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels, keeping the drippings in the pan.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until fully browned, draining any excess fat.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheese until fully melted and well combined.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Toss in the cooked fettuccine and crispy bacon, mixing well to coat everything in the sauce.

Notes
