Description

A delightful appetizer featuring juicy little smokies wrapped in crispy bacon, seasoned with brown sugar and BBQ rub.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bacon
  • 1 1/2 lb pack of Little Smokies (24 oz)
  • 2/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp BBQ Rub

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cut each slice of bacon into thirds.
  3. Wrap a piece of bacon around each Little Smoky and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with BBQ rub and brown sugar.
  5. Bake for about 40-45 minutes, until bacon is crisp and caramelized.

Notes

For extra crispiness, use a wire rack in the baking dish. Assemble a day ahead and refrigerate before baking.
