- 1 lb Bacon
- 1 1/2 lb pack of Little Smokies (24 oz)
- 2/3 cup Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp BBQ Rub
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cut each slice of bacon into thirds.
- Wrap a piece of bacon around each Little Smoky and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle with BBQ rub and brown sugar.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes, until bacon is crisp and caramelized.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use a wire rack in the baking dish. Assemble a day ahead and refrigerate before baking.
