- 1 package of thick-cut bacon
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the bacon strips into thirds.
- Wrap each little smokie with a piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
- Arrange the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet, toothpick side down.
- Sprinkle brown sugar generously over the bacon-wrapped sausages.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the bacon is crispy.
