Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
- Coat the chicken legs with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken legs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
