- 1–2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Fresh arugula (optional for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza crust or use flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Lightly drizzle olive oil over the crust.
- Evenly distribute the mozzarella cheese over the crust.
- Arrange the pear slices on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle gorgonzola cheese on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Garnish with fresh arugula if desired, slice, and serve hot.
