Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust or flatbread
  • 12 ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Fresh arugula (optional for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust or use flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the crust.
  4. Evenly distribute the mozzarella cheese over the crust.
  5. Arrange the pear slices on top of the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle gorgonzola cheese on top.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
