These Banana Oatmeal Bars are a wholesome and delicious snack, perfect for breakfast on the go or an afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups mashed bananas (approximately 3 ripe bananas)
  • ½ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or any other nut butter you prefer)
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  3. Transfer the mixture to the lined baking pan, pressing it down into an even layer.
  4. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  5. Cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.

Notes

Use overripe bananas for added sweetness. Feel free to customize with nuts or dried fruits.
