- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 cup mini vanilla wafers or graham crackers (for crunch)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk. Whisk until it thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until well incorporated.
- Slice the ripe bananas and add them to the mix, folding carefully to retain their shape.
- Crush the vanilla wafers or graham crackers and add half to the mixture for added texture.
- In a serving bowl or individual cups, layer the pudding mix with the remaining crushed wafers.
