Description

Juicy chicken skewers coated in flavorful spices and served with a creamy Bang Bang sauce, perfect for barbecues and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken pieces, tossing to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto your skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.
  5. While the chicken is grilling, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a separate bowl to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Serve the grilled chicken skewers with the sauce for dipping—enjoy!

Notes

Best served with jasmine rice or fresh vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
