- 8 bamboo skewers (soaked in water if using wood skewers)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Toss the chicken cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Thread the chicken pieces onto your skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Prepare your bang bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a separate bowl.
- Serve the skewers drizzled with the sauce or with the sauce on the side for dipping.
