Description
Quick and delicious chicken skewers lathered in a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper to ensure they’re well coated.
- Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers, about 3-4 pieces per skewer.
- Grill the skewers for approximately 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the bang bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a separate bowl.
- Once the chicken is cooked, brush some of the bang bang sauce over the skewers for added flavor.
- Serve the skewers with extra sauce drizzled on top and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
Marinate chicken for extra flavor and soak wooden skewers to prevent burning. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
