Description

A comforting and easy-to-make beef noodle casserole that brings cozy home-cooked flavor to your table.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce, cooked egg noodles, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
