Beef with peas

Main dish for 4 persons:

600 gr. beef meat

150 gr. carrot

Oil, garlic, parsley

100 ml. white wine

500 gr. peas

2 tea spoons flour

 

Preparation:

Fry chopped meat on heated oil

Add chopped garlic and carrot. Add some water and stew it until meat is softened.

Add wine, peas, flour mixed into small amount of water, and stew it little bit more.

Add chopped parsley

Serve it with mashed potato on serving dish

This recipe goes well with red wine.
