- 24–32 oz frozen pre-cooked beef meatballs (approx. 60–80 pieces)
- 18–20 oz grape jelly
- 12 oz chili sauce (sweet & tangy)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1–2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and tools.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the grape jelly, chili sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Place the frozen meatballs in a slow cooker and pour the sauce over them. Stir gently to coat.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally until heated through.
- Transfer meatballs to a serving dish and garnish with parsley and sesame seeds. Serve hot with toothpicks or over rice.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, cook uncovered for the last 30 minutes. Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of grape jelly.
