Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blanch fresh green beans in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt some butter over medium heat, then add sliced onions and cook until caramelized.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt more butter and whisk in flour, followed by gradually adding cream and broth to form a creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
