Ingredients
- Pasta (any shape, rotini or penne preferred)
- Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- Cucumber (diced)
- Red bell pepper (diced)
- Black olives (sliced)
- Feta cheese (crumbled)
- Italian dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain and let it cool completely.
- In a large serving bowl, combine your cooled pasta with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Pour your Italian dressing over the salad mixture. Toss everything until well coated in the dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting flavors as desired.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors. Enjoy this refreshing dish!
