- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the top evenly.
- Add the cubed cream cheese to the mix.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for about 3-4 hours, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it thoroughly with the cream cheese and ranch.
- Stir in the cooked bacon bits and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Serve hot, garnishing with the chopped green onions.
Notes
Serve over rice, in tortillas, or on toasted buns. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
