Indulge in the flavors of a Big Mac in a hearty bowl with layers of beef, crispy lettuce, and creamy sauces.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef (96/4)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles (chopped)
  • 1.5 Tbsp. pickle juice
  • 8 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped white onion, chopped red onion, chopped tomato, pickles (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, spray the pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Add the ground beef and chopped onions. Cook until the beef is fully browned.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and mustard. Let everything simmer together while you prepare the sauce.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickles, and pickle juice until smooth.
  5. To assemble the bowls, start with a layer of shredded lettuce. Add the beef mixture on top.
  6. Finish with your choice of toppings like cheese, onions, tomatoes, and pickles.

Notes

Swap light mayonnaise for Greek yogurt for a tangy twist. For added flavor, season the beef with Worcestershire sauce.
