- 2 tsp. yellow mustard

- 1 tsp. onion powder

- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup dill pickles (chopped)
- 1.5 Tbsp. pickle juice
- 8 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped white onion, chopped red onion, chopped tomato, pickles (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, spray the pan with nonstick spray.
- Add the ground beef and chopped onions. Cook until the beef is fully browned.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and mustard. Let everything simmer together while you prepare the sauce.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickles, and pickle juice until smooth.
- To assemble the bowls, start with a layer of shredded lettuce. Add the beef mixture on top.
- Finish with your choice of toppings like cheese, onions, tomatoes, and pickles.
Notes
Swap light mayonnaise for Greek yogurt for a tangy twist. For added flavor, season the beef with Worcestershire sauce.
