Description

A delightful twist on the classic Big Mac, these rice paper rolls are filled with juicy beef, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, and creamy dressing for a fresh and fun meal.


Ingredients

  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Lean ground beef or turkey
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomato
  • Sliced pickles
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Finely chopped onion
  • Thousand Island dressing or another tangy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the lean ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Fill a shallow dish with warm water and dip each rice paper wrapper until pliable.
  3. Place the softened rice paper on a flat surface and layer a small amount of cooked protein, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced pickles, cheddar cheese, and chopped onion in the center.
  4. Drizzle a bit of Thousand Island dressing over the fillings.
  5. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the fillings, then roll tightly from the bottom to encase everything securely.
  6. Serve immediately with extra sauce for dipping on the side.
