  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: None

Description

A delightful twist on the classic Big Mac, these wraps are easy to make and perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Special Sauce: In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
  2. Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add the ground beef, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks for even texture. Drain excess grease if necessary.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a spoonful of special sauce on it, followed by a layer of cooked beef, shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar, and any optional dill pickle slices.
  4. Wrap and Serve: Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top. Cut in half and serve with additional special sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

These wraps can be paired with sweet potato fries, salad, or chips. Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
