Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 scoops (about 50 g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles (plus more for rolling)
  • Optional: pinch of salt, splash of vanilla extract or almond extract

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey.
  2. Heat in the microwave for 20–30 seconds, then stir until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the protein powder, mixing until a dough forms. Adjust the consistency if needed.
  4. Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles until evenly distributed.
  5. Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and roll it into balls.
  6. Roll the balls in extra sprinkles for flair, if desired.
  7. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes before enjoying!
