Ingredients

- 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 scoops (about 50 g) vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles (plus more for rolling)
- Optional: pinch of salt, splash of vanilla extract or almond extract
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey.
- Heat in the microwave for 20–30 seconds, then stir until smooth.
- Gradually add the protein powder, mixing until a dough forms. Adjust the consistency if needed.
- Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles until evenly distributed.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and roll it into balls.
- Roll the balls in extra sprinkles for flair, if desired.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes before enjoying!
