Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is well mixed before adding the next. Stir in the clear vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt together. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space in between.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
