Description
A nostalgic dessert featuring layers of creamy vanilla pudding, fresh bananas, and spiced Biscoff cookie butter.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1½ cups cold water
- 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter, melted
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 32 Biscoff cookies
- 5 large bananas
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and pudding mix until smooth.
- Introduce the melted Biscoff cookie butter to the pudding mixture and blend thoroughly.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Gently fold this cream into your pudding mixture until well combined.
- In a glass dish or trifle bowl, start layering: begin with a layer of pudding, followed by a layer of Biscoff cookies and banana slices.
- Repeat these layers until you reach the top, finishing with pudding.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
- Before serving, sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies and fresh banana slices on top, and drizzle with additional cookie butter.
Notes
For a lighter version, consider using whipped topping instead of heavy cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
