Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1½ cups cold water
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter, melted
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 32 Biscoff cookies
  • 5 large bananas

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and pudding mix until smooth.
  2. Introduce the melted Biscoff cookie butter to the pudding mixture and blend thoroughly.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Gently fold this cream into your pudding mixture until well combined.
  4. In a glass dish or trifle bowl, start layering: begin with a layer of pudding, followed by a layer of Biscoff cookies and banana slices.
  5. Repeat these layers until you reach the top, finishing with pudding.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies and fresh banana slices on top, and drizzle with additional cookie butter.

Notes

For a lighter version, consider using whipped topping instead of heavy cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
